This dataset contains violations of the Georgia Department of Public Health's Food Service Rules and Regulations reported by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists during inspections of food service establishments. Violations are identified by the code and abbreviated description of the violated rule as it appears on the inspection report form. In addition to the violation, the dataset includes detailed information on the inspection including the facility name, the facility address, the inspection date and time, and the overall score. This datatset is related to the following datasets: Food Service Inspections, Food Service Inspection Temperature Violations and Food Service Violation Comments.
Listing of businesses to which the Fulton County government has made payments for goods or services. Because of the way training and travel reimbursements to employees are recorded in the financial system, individual Fulton County employees also appear in the list if they have received such reimbursements.
This dataset contains specific comments made in association with observed violations during food service inspections conducted by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists. Each comment cites the code of the violation as documented in the Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service Rules and Regulations and describes the specific observation that was the cause of the violation. A violation may have more than one comment if there were multiple observations that led to the same violation.
This data set consists of Fulton County results for the General Primary General Nonpartisan Special Election on July 31, 2012. Included with each record is the race, candidate, precinct, number of election day votes, number of absentee by mail votes, number of advance in person votes, number of provisional votes, total number of votes, name of election, and date of election.
