This KPI measures the percentage of policies, resolutions and ordinances drafted within requested time frames. This KPI is related to the business function of providing legal services to client departments.

We are measuring the percentage growth in program participation for the department's Arts Center programs. The measure captures participation by Fulton County and non-Fulton County residents in arts education classes, theatrical productions, musical concerts, visual arts exhibitions, various workshops and fine, literary and performing arts festivals.

This description is the percentage of Investigation Requests completed within 14 days. Once the criminal case is entered into JCATS (our electronic client database) it is assigned to an attorney. Each attorney is assigned an investigator. The attorney provides an Investigation Request to the investigator. The investigator is now tasked with tracking to ensure that all investigations are complete within 14 days.
