This dataset contains observations of food temperatures recorded by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists during food service inspections. Observations include the common name of the food as well as the condition, process, and location of the food at the time of monitoring e.g. hot holding, refrigerator, prep table. Recorded temperatures are as indicated on the inspector’s thermometer.
This dataset contains specific comments made in association with observed violations during food service inspections conducted by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists. Each comment cites the code of the violation as documented in the Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service Rules and Regulations and describes the specific observation that was the cause of the violation. A violation may have more than one comment if there were multiple observations that led to the same violation.
This dataset contains violations of the Georgia Department of Public Health's Food Service Rules and Regulations reported by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists during inspections of food service establishments. Violations are identified by the code and abbreviated description of the violated rule as it appears on the inspection report form. In addition to the violation, the dataset includes detailed information on the inspection including the facility name, the facility address, the inspection date and time, and the overall score. This dataset contains records of food service inspections conducted by the Environmental Health Services Division of the the Fulton County Board of Health, which is responsible for the regulation of establishments where food is served to the public within Fulton County. Inspections are conducted for the purpose of assuring proper sanitation practices that minimize hazards from cross-contamination, improper cooking, handling, and temperature maintenance of foods, potable water contamination, improper garbage and refuse disposal, and poor insect and rodent control.
