This measure tracks the number of residents per primary care physician practicing in Fulton County. A primary care physician as used for this measures includes physicians practicing in the areas of General Family Medicine, General Practice, General Internal Medicine and General Pediatrics. Federal primary care physicians are excluded.

This performance measures the percentage of population 65 years or older in Fulton County who live alone in the past 12 months.

This performance measure tracks the percentage of residents who are satisfied with court services as estimated through a survey conducted in partnership with the A. L. Burruss Institute of Public Service and Research in which Fulton County residents were asked "How satisfied are you with court services? Would you say that you are currently very satisfied, somewhat satisfied, somewhat dissatisfied, or very dissatisfied?" Respondents who answered "very satisfied" or "somewhat satisfied" were counted as being satisfied. Respondents who had no opinion were excluded from the calculation. The first survey was conducted between August and October of 2016 and a second survey was conducted in the fall of 2017.

This measure tracks the percentage of residents who say that they are satisfied with the availability of cultural opportunities in their area. The 2016 Fulton County Resident Survey provided a baseline for this measure. Respondents were given four options to the question "How satisfied are you with the availability of cultural opportunities in your area?": very satisfied, satisfied, dissatisfied or vert dissatisfied. The survey was conducted again in the fall of 2017 and a third survey is underway as of November 2018.

Percentage of County positions that are filled within 60 days of being requisitioned

The Fulton County Library System conducts an annual survey of its patrons to determine how patrons are using the library, which resources are most important, what they would like to see changed and their overall level of satisfaction. Based on the 2018 survey, 98.3 percent of patrons were at least "somewhat satisfied" with the library, including 56 percent who stated they were "very satisfied" and about 33 percent who stated they were "satisfied."
